Utsav’s Explosive Allegations Against Apoorva
Social media influencer Apoorva Mukhija, popularly known as The Rebel Kid, has once again found herself at the center of controversy. Her ex-boyfriend Utsav Dahiya has accused her of cheating, bullying, and fabricating lies for content.
Without directly naming her, Utsav dropped a self-sung video track on social media, where he alleged that Apoorva wanted to get back into his life only for content creation. He also claimed that she publicly called him “ghatiya” just to drive up engagement on her posts.

“Never Try to Gain Sympathy by Fabricating Lies” – Utsav’s Strong Message
In a hard-hitting note, Utsav wrote:
“Ab agar koi aur bakwaas kari toh main seedha receipts nikalunga. Never try to gain sympathy by fabricating lies or pushing false narratives just to make content and assassinate someone's character online. Having a big following doesn't give you the right to bully your way by rage-baiting your audience and unleashing them on others.”
He further alleged that when he reached out to Apoorva and her agency to deal with the hate and trolling, he was dismissed with the statement: “You’re a nobody, you should be happy you got to date her.”
Turning the Tables
Calling himself that very “nobody”, Utsav hit back saying he is still standing strong despite her attempts to defame him:
“That should tell you something: your big numbers only matter on an app. There's a real and much bigger world outside – beyond lies and kalesh.”
The Breakup Drama
Apoorva and Utsav had publicly announced their breakup in January 2025. Following this, Apoorva made indirect digs at Utsav, accusing him of cheating and abuse without naming him. This time, Utsav has decided to respond in his own way, flipping the narrative back at her.

She recently faced backlash during Samay Raina’s show India’s Got Latent after a distasteful question about parents and sex went viral. While Ranveer faced severe criticism and police complaints, Apoorva too dealt with legal consequences and even revealed she had to move out of her Mumbai house following the uproar.
