“As the competition reached its final days, everything changed,” Tasneem reflects. “The energy became more intense, more demanding, and undeniably real.” What started as a thrilling adventure soon evolved into a true test of endurance—mental, physical, and emotional.
The long days, short nights, and punishing schedules revealed stark truths. Some contestants thrived under the pressure, glowing despite little rest. Others stepped away, citing personal obligations, professional commitments, or contractual concerns. But as Tasneem notes, even their exits carried dignity and courage—qualities as valuable as any crown.
“People think pageants are just about beauty,” she says. “But this is hard work. If you want to represent your country on a global stage, you have to give it your all—your discipline, your stamina, and your spirit.”
Owning the Stage

For Tasneem, the prelims were a defining moment. Competing in swimsuit and evening gown rounds, she embraced the stage with gratitude—not just for the opportunity, but for the chance to shine as a 42-year-old mother of two amid a sea of young, phenomenal women.
“That gratitude turned into grace, and that grace into confidence,” she recalls. “I walked off stage knowing I had owned it. That’s a feeling I’ll carry forever.”
The Road to the Finale
With the grand finale looming, rehearsals have become grueling. But Tasneem’s heart remains full. "This has been one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. For once, I wasn't a wife, a mother, or a daughter. I was simply me. And that is a gift."
Now standing among 48 noteworthy women, handpicked from millions of dreamers, Tasneem feels both humbled and empowered. Win or lose, she believes this journey has been far more than a contest.
"It's a celebration of courage, individuality, and the woman I am becoming," she says with quiet pride.
